Advanced Trainings and Workshops for Practitioners:
The notes to these workshops are now available through your Guild. (I gave those away, too.) My workshops are different than typical advanced trainings because I share theory and knowledge then translate that theory into the practice of FI and ATM. All workshops are accompanied by a number of handouts which distill the knowledge presented in the workshop and give the participants some words to revisit afterwards. Again, those notes are available through your Guild, or if your Guild can't help you there, then contact me for a copy.

Insecurity in Security. This workshop is designed for relatively recent graduates and/or practitioners wanting to examine the phenomenon of anxiety and insecurity while giving FI. It asks (and answers) fundamental questions about what Feldenkrais is, and what the ultimate goal of the work is according to Moshe.
Function. This workshop allows participants to put the bugaboo of the Training to rest by actually answering the question "what is function?" With a framework for functional thinking, participants then apply a simplified version of Moshe's way of addressing function as presented in the Case of Nora.
Child Development. This workshop leads participants through the first year of typical child development, with an emphasis on movement but also including other important developments. Each phase is punctuated with ATM, and participants learn to consciously use developmental movement in FI.
The Nervous System. Designed for people with little or no previous knowledge of the nervous system, this workshop makes the essentials of the brain and nervous system simple, straightforward, and easy to grasp. During the workshop, participants ground their new understanding of the nervous system in the practice of FI. After the workshop, participants have enough understanding to read Body and Mature Behavior as well as more recent research about the brain and nervous system.
Building a Practice in the Feldenkrais Method. This workshop gives you everything you need to know about marketing a Feldenkrais practice. You will also have the opportunity to get feedback from Miriam Levenson about your own marketing.
